Join volunteers from throughout Danbury as we work to help keep Danbury beautiful. Anyone can volunteer to clean-up a street or neighboorhood, call 203-797-4511 to register or also visit the City of Danbury Clean City Danbury Day website for more information.
Join Park volunteers as they lead participants on an hour to 1 1/2 hour hike. Our volunteers will, introduce people to the Park, introduce them to hiking & hiking equipment such as boots, poles, clothing, water & snacks, etc., go over the trail maps & learn how to read trail makers. Try to build the difficulty of the hikes as we go along. Meet at the Red Barn Environmental Center at 3 pm. Join us for one hike, two hikes or the whole series!

Join Land Trust of Danbury Volunteers as they lead a bird watching walk at 8:00 am (with a rain date of Sunday, May 16th). The group will be meeting in the lower Mansion parking lot and the hike will start from there. Please bring binoculars, bird identification books, water and please wear rugged footwear. Come and enjoy an early morning walk with our fine feather friends.
